DAY 1 Depart Cooktown & travel along the Battlecamp Road, over the Laura River to Old Laura Homestead, through the scenic Lakefield National Park and on toKalpowar Crossing. Wildlife watching, pastoral history, relax to the sounds of the bush.

DAY 2 Kalpowar Crossing to historic Moreton Telegraph Station. Travel some of the great open spaces of the Cape York Peninsula

DAY 3 Moreton Telegraph Station to Punsand Bay, cross the Archer River, travel the Southern Bypass and cross the mighty Jardine River on the Jardine Ferry, before arriving at the beachfront

DAY 4 Thursday Island tour & free time. Rest, relax, enjoy the laid back ambience of this very special land.

DAY 5 Walk to the Tip of Cape York Peninsula- a wonderful highlight of your day, before departing for Moreton Telegraph Station

Day 6 Depart Moreton after a bush breakfast, travel the wide open spaces to Musgrave Roadhouse

DAY 7 Musgrave to Cooktown , visit the fantastic Quinkan & Region Cultural Centre, Split Rock Aboriginal Art Site, then Lakeland Downs before arriving in Cooktown in the late afternoon
