HISTORIC COOKTOWN TOUR – Half Day
We spend our time enjoying Cooktown’s historic sites and places of interest on this relaxing and informative half-day tour.
Highlights include:
- Grassy Hill Lookout and Cooktown Lighthouse - Stand where James Cook looked out over the Coral Sea searching for a safe passage for the ship Endeavour, out of the Harbour

BLACK MOUNTAIN, LIONS DEN HOTEL AND COOKTOWN – Half Day
We head out of town to view the mysterious rock formations of Black Mountain National where we learn a little about the eerie stories associated with this amazing place and the native animals that call it home. Tasty snack and refreshments at the famous Lions Den Hotel where you can enjoy some local flavour before heading back in to visit some of Cooktown’s historic sites and places of interest on this half-day tour.
